The College of Education for Women witnessed recently the public discussion of a master’s thesis submitted by the student Zainab Jasib Fahad from the Kindergarten Department for her study entitled (Mutual gratitude and its relationship to psychological bliss among the kindergarten teachers).
The study aimed to identify the correlation between mutual gratitude felt by the kindergarten teachers with the psychological bliss depending on their years of service. The researcher found that the achievement level attained by the teachers for their usual role with children made them feel a high sense of mutual gratitude when they receive positive feedback and that the degree of psychological bliss indicators made them able to diagnosis their satisfaction about their personal and work lives, so the more there is a psychological bliss the more there are indicators of positive emotions such as mutual gratitude.
