Assist. Prof. Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed al-Shatri, the dean of the college of education for Women, has received the delegation of the Abbasid Shrine coming from the Holy Governorate of Karbala. At the beginning of the meeting, the delegation congratulated her assumption of a new position, praising her scientific and academic biography and expressing their personal wishes for success in managing this important academic and scientific faculty.
The delegation also explained that the Abbasid threshold is keen to open the horizons of scientific cooperation with the college of education for women and to open wider horizons of academic coordination for the establishment of the Fatima al-Zahra Festival (peace be upon her) in order to serve the public interest. For her part, the dean of the college expressed her thanks and gratitude for the quests, stressing her full readiness to work on a memorandum of scientific cooperation between the two sides to serve our community and enhance the role of the university in this context.
