The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in cooperation with Ibn Sina Unit for E-Learning at Al-Kindy College of Medicine, has organized an interactive electronic lecture via Zoom platform entitled “Inspiring Success Stories for Alumni of Al-Kindy College of Medicine”, that was presented by Dr. Yousef Mohammed al-Awsaj, who was the first graduate of the first session in 2005 and is currently working as a specialist in gastrointestinal surgery in the United Kingdom.
Also Dr. Zainab Attiyah, the first graduate of the session of 2008, was hosted as a specialist in Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, to talk about the difficulties they has faced after graduation, and the obstacles that can be overcamed, and provided valuable advice to students and newly graduated doctors. The lecture was administrated by Prof. Dr. Taghreed al-Haidari, the assistant dean for scientific and student affairs and Prof. Dr. Muhannad Munther, the director of Ibn Sina Unit, and the student Yasser Amer Mohieddin.
