The Cultural Committee of the Department of Educational Guidance at the College of Islamic Sciences has organized a lecture on university customs and traditions for the third grade students of the Department of Sharia under the guidance of the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Neima Dahash Farhan.

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mushtaq Khaled Jabbar, aimed at introducing students to the importance of commitment to university customs and traditions since the university campus is a scientific and cultural edifice that serves the community, as well as introducing them to the moral, educational and social aspect that it learns from the university as an integrated scientific community. The lecturer also dealt with the ethics of the university’s student and the qualities that the individuals must possess to reflect the positive image of the outputs provided by the university at the scientific and ethical level, and the lecture pointed to the importance of students’ commitment to university custom and commitment to the timings of lectures, respect professors and colleagues.
