Assistant Dr. Sama Atta Katti, a lecturer and specialist of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at the college of medicine, in cooperation with the Specialized Center for Endocrinology and Diabetes of the Baghdad Health Department of Rusafa, has presented a scientific lecture on the latest ways to treat patients with diabetes.
She also refereed to the latest recommendations of the American Diabetes Association for 2022 and explained the modern methods in the treatment of patients with diabetes and according to the latest recommendations of the American Diabetes Association. She added that one of the recommendations of the lecture is the early detection of the presence of diabetes mellitus in high-risk diseases and the use of modern drugs for magic treatment aimed at protecting the heart and arteries and touched on some drugs that help control high sugar level.
