The Center for Development and Continuing Education has organized a new course to address the basics of successful management in order to provide the participants with the most important information about this topic and the most important characteristics of the successful management of institutions and work teams so as to enhance the managers’ skills and how to maintain distinguished employees, and not to abandon them in order to stabilize the relationship between time and the amount of achievement. The lecturer stressed on the necessity of achieving the objectives based upon the strategic plans of the institution, in conjunction with not losing sight of the needs of employees, whether at the professional, financial or other levels by following a methodology prepared in advance.
