The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has organized a course on how to lead working groups by developing the spirit of initiative and creativity among people. The aim of the course was to introduce participants to how to lead an effective team and the important role of the leader in raising the members’ capabilities through the use and practice of new methods to encourage the best fruitful performance.
