The College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad has organized a symposium entitled “The mechanism of applying for scientific promotions in accordance with instructions 167 of 2017” in the presence of the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Neimah, the assistant dean for scientific affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dhiaa Jassim Kazim, as well as a number of heads of scientific departments and distinguished faculty members. The participants talked about the legal developments and instructions announced by the ministry of higher education and university regarding such procedures and related requirements.
