The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad has witnessed the discussion of a master’s thesis entitled (Evaluation of the activity of Eucalyptus oil against the Mats and Sanginis bacteria, that was submitted by the student Noora Maher Khudair. The study aimed to determine the antibacterial efficacy of Eucalyptus oil against bacteria in the formation of the oral bacteria-induced platelet, where samples were collected from a number of individuals and were isolated, diagnosed and confirmed in accordance with its formal advantages and biochemical properties via the PCR technology. The antibacterial activity of Eucalyptus oil was evaluated by the diffusion method within dental dishes using the Mueller Hinton Agar is for antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
