The Research and Natural History Center and Museum at the University of Baghdad has organized a scientific trip to some fields and farms on the outskirts of Baghdad province, including Radwaniya and its neighboring areas in order to fulfill some of the requirements of research plans and the research team consisted of professors and technicians, both the director of the center, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hana Hani Abdul Hussein, Prof. Dr. Razzaq Shaalan Akeel and the lecturer Suhad Yassin Jassim
The research team was also accompanied by the member of the Board of Directors of the Center, Prof. Dr. Haider Badri Ali and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Jassim al-Azzawi from the Department of Biology at the College of Science, as well as some postgraduate students whose are underway, where samples were collected from farms and fields to identify the biodiversity in the region, which is one of the main objectives of the center that contribute to the supply of the insect group preserved in the museum in service of our country.
