The Continuing Education Unit at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the University of Baghdad has organized a training course entitled (Developing Administrative Problem Solving Skills in Public Institutions), in the presence of the Director of the Center, Dr. Asaad Tarish Abdul Ridha, the head of the Department of Strategic Studies, Dr. Ayman Ahmed Mohammed, the Director of the Continuing Education Unit, Dr. Lawahid Ibrahim, along with the staff of the center.
Dr. Ayman Ahmed Mohammed stated during his speech that what is meant by solving administrative problems is the set of processes carried out by the individual using the information and knowledge that he has already learned, and the skills he has acquired in overcoming a situation in earnest, adding that to understand the problem must identify its nature, through identifying it or classifying it on the basis of experience in order to find solutions.
