The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has announced the start of the inauguration of the second course on the English language proficiency that is required for applying to postgraduate studies for the academic year (2022-2023) as directed by ministry of higher education and scientific research announced within the application plan for graduate studies for the current academic year.
