Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Elaf Center for Training and Media has organized a training course entitled (The Art of Dialogue and Building Relations with Others) presented by the Director of the Center, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Jaff.
The course highlighted the concept of dialogue, its benefits and obstacles, how to build relationships with others at work through effective dialogue, good dealing, respect and love for others, especially in societies governed by customs, customs and traditions that affect dealing with women, as well as leaving a positive impression on them and how to criticize others in a decent way that is in the interest of work and does not reduce the value of others. This course also included practical activities and trainings that received clear attention from the attendees as well as distributing certificates of appreciation for the participants.
