The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Women, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, held a workshop entitled “The Art of Language Correction in Journalism” that was delivered by the Assist. Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Huwaidi, a professor from the College of Education for Humanities (Ibn Rushd) in the presence of a group of professors, staff and students.
This scientific workshop aimed to clarify the nature of linguistic correction and how it combines science and art through the use of modern linguistic lessons or courses in the field of linguistic correction and the extent to which the developments of artificial intelligence are reflected on this process and its applications and mechanisms in the field of journalism. The workshop included discussions and scientific interventions with the audience and answering their related questions.
