A volunteer team of the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad, has organized a visit to the Farah House for the Care of Orphans located in the Karrada district. The visit aimed to see the reality of the children in the care home and try to draw a smile on their faces as they are an important segment of society, which requires everyone to feel responsible towards them and trying to provide a material and a moral support to them, in commitment to the instructions of our Highly Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who said (I and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise). The visit also included the distribution of sweets and juices to the children as well as the distribution of study supplies such as bags in addition to donations provided by the professors and employees of the college in a joyful event.
