Prof. Dr. Samira Naji Kazim, the dean of the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad, has received a delegation from the College of Biotechnologies at Al-Qasim Green University in Babylon, headed by the dean of the College of Biotechnologies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, the head of the Department of Medical Biotechnologies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Sharhan, the Rapporteur of Postgraduate Studies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Nazim Mushtaq.
The dean spoke about the means of scientific cooperation between universities and colleges in the corresponding disciplines, especially in the research and academic field, will contribute to the development of scientific and academic outputs through access to scientific research methods, which supports in the long term the scientific building block for researchers and specialists in this field. During the meeting, several axes were discussed, the most important of which is to support the research aspect of the college in the field of biotechnology, which includes genetics, immunology and biochemistry, which contribute to achieving benefit in the health sector through the treatment of many diseases.
