Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, the rector of the University of Baghdad, has recently inaugurated a Scientific Skills Laboratory and a Model Hall at the college of medicine, after it had been dilapidated and abandoned for many years, so it was lately rehabilitated in coordination with the Reconstruction and Projects Department at the university’s presidency.
The rector was briefed on what has been achieved during this reconstruction campaign, including some specialized lab that help students to practice clinically and getting the necessary scientific knowledge before starting their career in hospitals. The laboratories are equipped with the latest modern devices and supplies that keep pace with the scientific development in medical fields. Dr. Munir al-Saadi has praised the efforts exerted in completing the work, calling at the same time to exert more effort in the service of our dear country.
