The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has organized a strategic planning course with the aim of providing participants with the skill of preparing strategic plans as well as how to conduct quadripartite analysis as well as how to develop alternative plans and how to choose the best alternative. The importance of the course lies in the involvement of specialists in the team formed to prepare strategic plans and benefit from teamwork.
