The Center for Continuing Education has organized a special course to qualify middle leaders who would chart the strategic objectives of the system as a whole, so it was necessary to emphasize the many skills that must be mastered by the managers who has transferred to leading roles.

The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge and skills of participants in management methods in delegation, empowerment, planning and preparation of the next level of administrative leaderships, qualifying them administratively and skillfully, working to monitor the factors affecting human performance, through the use of certain rules and skills for training leaders during their career, as well as understanding the human psyche and dealing with it positively so as to build the next level of pioneers, applying advanced methods in this process, overcoming the obstacles towards the rehabilitation in an effective way to ensure the implementation of work according to the required goals.
