The Chairman of the Council of the Deans of the Faculties of Dentistry in Iraq and the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq al-Hashimi, chaired the expanded periodic meeting of the Council of Deans of the Colleges of Dentistry in Iraq.
The participants discussed a number of important topics, including opening horizons for cooperation in the field of scientific research, as well as discussing mechanisms for the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of dental colleges in Iraq to accommodate the increasing numbers of new students and working to coordinate academic work and quality between the faculties of dentistry, the ministry of health and the dental syndicate. They also stressed the application of some procedures that can be applied effectively in addition to a set of recommendations resulted from exchanging visions with the relevant authorities at the ministry of higher education and scientific research.
