Prof. Dr. Fadhila Salman Dawood, a faculty member from the department of industrial management at the college of administration and economics, has participated in a workshop sponsored by the Commission of Integrity (COI) and the Iraqi Anti-Corruption Academy with a research paper entitled (Application of quality standards in training).
The research aims to introduce the general objectives that make up the training package by clarifying the main objectives that the training package seeks to achieve, and it also shows all the skills and knowledge that the trainee is supposed to possess after undergoing this training course, which is the extent of commitment and regularity in the design, construction and organization of the training package, and it is essential that the training bags start from scientific foundations and a clear vision, in line with the general education and training policies and that the training package is flexible, achievable and applicable according to possibilities and available conditions as one of the most important criteria for the quality of the training package is its accuracy and clarity, and its distance from any form of ambiguity and to be highly credible in its data and all elements of its content, with no technical, training and scientific errors, and the training package must include the objectives of the main and subsidiary training process.
