Prof. Dr. Fadhila Salman Dawood, a lecturer from the department of industrial management at the college of administration and economics has participated in the proceedings of the fourth international conference held under the slogan: (Modern trends in international relations, media, social and educational sciences) in Ankara, Turkey with a research paper entitled “Pioneering performance according to digital skills: a case study in a sample of satellite channels”.

This research reached at several recommendations, including the fact that there is a very large role for digital skills in the operational, informatics, creative, social, and internet skills dimensions for improving the performance of satellite channels of Al- Sharqiya & Sumeria TV channels to obtain leadership in the world of communications and media and digital skills and to enhance the strategic vision of satellite channels and determine their course of action properly in through the strength of orientation towards entrepreneurship in the communications and media sector. Dr. Fadhila Salman stated that there is awareness of the senior leadership in these two satellite channels about digital skills to obtain a distinguished position in the Iraqi market and that the strategic direction of them is directed towards achieving a competitive advantage that may contribute to the building of the national economy and entrepreneurial capabilities that assist in the development of ideas, plans and future projects in Iraq.
