Prof. Dr. Allawi Sader Jazie, the dean of the college of education for humanities (Ibn Rushd) at the University of Baghdad, has participated in a training workshop held by the National Security Advisory in cooperation with the Iraqi Al-Amal Association (IAA). The workshop targeted a certain elite of leaders of Iraqi ministries in an ambitious attempt to develop skills and find effective solutions to issues that plague the administrative reality in the country and the mechanisms to overcome them, noting that the purpose of holding such workshops would expand the administrative horizons, introduce voluntary work, and develop plans to develop the institutional reality in the ministries in general and higher education in particular, because these experiences will be transferred to large segments of professors, employees and students. Dr. Allawi Sader also recommended the need to continue such initiatives towards attaining the desired goals.
