The Center for Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad has organized a rehabilitation campaign for its Grand Conference Hall as well as classrooms by providing them with interactive smart screens in preparation for the next academic year.

The dean of the center, Prof. Dr. Karim Hassan Alwan, stressed that the campaign included providing the discussion rooms with 6 interactive screens to transmit the photos and files of researchers and lecturers smoothly without being bound by relying on the paper system, pointing out that the rehabilitation campaigns will cover all sections that need maintenance and reconstruction in conjunction with the start of the summer holidays. It is noteworthy that the center is witnessing a number of other maintenance campaigns for electrical appliances, scientific laboratories such as the GIS laboratory, as well as the follow-up and diagnosis of civil defense means such as firefighters, smoke sensors, water cannons and surveillance cameras to maintain both public safety & money.
