Workshop on the architectural dialogue at the college of engineering

The Department of Architectural Engineering at the College of Engineering has organized an architectural dialogue workshop headed by Assist. Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein al-Askari and Assist. Prof. Dr. Zainab Radhi in the presence of the architect and urban planner Karam al-Okaili, the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Saba al-Khafaji, as well as a number of faculty staff at the department, postgraduate students and the fifth-grade students. This event is regarded as part of a series of scientific activities organized by the department regularly within its scientific and cultural season. The workshop dealt with the proposals to promote the Iraqi architectural reality and the urban context of the city through the adoption of the concept of linking universities to the labor market and participation in the management of investment projects in a scientific manner that achieves a balance between human dimensions, social service and economic aspects.
