The Student Affairs and Registration Division at the College of Science held its regular meeting to discuss the latest developments and instructions related to the progress and regularity of the study and to convey all matters concerned to the university’s presidency. The meeting was chaired by the assistant dean for student affairs and registration, Assist. Prof. Dr. Amir Faisal Abdul Amir and head of the department of sensing, Assist. Prof. Dr. Uday Hatem Shaaban and the rapporteurs of the scientific departments, including the discussion of several topics in line with the procedures of the colleges taken in connection with the book of the ministry of higher education and scientific research on the treatment of student cases, admission and other procedures.
The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the Registration Division, Dr. Aser Ezzedine, discussed the obstacles to the progress of the work and the overcoming of routine episodes in the work and its speed and the scrutiny of admission, transportation and hosting and coordination with colleges and other relevant entities in checking the validity of the issuance of documents of accepted students and college graduates based on the addresses of beneficiaries in order to achieve direct interaction and see the reality of work and help overcome problems if any and prepare studies and proposals on the performance of the registration division and exam committees in accordance with exam instructions and controls.
