The department of sociology at the College of Education for Women has organized Al-Salam Award Competition in support of the values of peace and love and to encourage the spirit of competition in the community through various artistic, literary and creative activities, where the students presented their creative products of drawing and artistic industries, poetry and prose texts, voluntary work to represent the values of tolerance and coexistence.
The competition was attended by the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Ishaq Saleh al-Akam and his assistant for administrative affairs and a large number of professors and students, where the awards were dedicated to the winning students in this event. It is worth mentioning that this competition will be held annually to motivate students and encourage them to give and make an effective effort that increases their self-confidence and enhances their experience in work and giving in a spirit of positive competition according to the terms of fair competition along with the evaluation mechanisms for business.
