The department of Kurdish language at the college of education for humanities (Ibn Rushd) has won the first place in the Iraqi University Rankings 2021 through competition with its corresponding counterparts at other Iraqi public and private universities. It is noteworthy that it was awarded by the ministry of higher education and scientific research with the Certificate of Excellence in recognition of its scientific achievements at the local and regional levels towards a brighter academic future.
