Prof. Dr. Salman Khalaf Issa, a faculty member from the department of soil sciences and water resources at the college of agricultural engineering sciences, has issued a book to be taught for the third-grade students in the Iraqi universities. The book includes eight chapters, including the components of the five system of earth (Geosphere, Biosphere, Cryosphere, Hydrosphere, and Atmosphere), the crystallization processes and the formation of primary metals, while the second chapter dealt with silicate minerals and the mineral composition of the rough structure of the soil, which includes the mineral components for minutes of sand and silt. The chapters (3-7) dealt with the mineral composition of the soft part of the soil represented by metal components of clay minutes, whereas the last eighth chapter addressed the interstratified minerals and the methods of its composition and diagnosis.
