The college of physical education and sports sciences for women has organized a workshop entitled “Field Application” aimed to demonstrate the concept of field application, which is part of the practical field preparation that trains the students on the necessary teaching skills needed in real situations within classroom. The workshop showed the most important organizational aspects of the application process, including that the application for the students of the fourth stage and for two weeks the first week by four days and the second week by only two days, and the emphasis on teachings to abide by the timing of the application, as well as commitment to the special schedule, allowing the student to present her lesson for a full 45 minutes, hone the experiences of the students and taking notes and impressions during the first observation.

They professors of the teaching methods clarified how to assess the competence of students by adopting a questionnaire prepared for evaluation performance and skills divided into two factors, namely personal and administrative, in 10 degrees, where the personal factor includes the good behavior (individual and collective), the good use of physical exercises, how the female student present her lesson in a clear and understandable language with the use of mathematical terms, having a leading educational character, the student’s ability to prepare activities that provoke motivation and satisfaction, while the administrative factor includes the educational units within the objectives, so that the educational goals should be specific and clear, taking into account the knowledge and information redesigning various exercises within the educational needs of various students.
