The ministry of higher education and scientific research has announced recently new resolutions for the next academic year (2022-2023):
▪ Wages of the morning parallel education for undergraduate studies are to be reduced by 50% for all grades.
▪ The councils of departments, scientific branches, colleges and university councils for the morning study, as well as the supervisory bodies of universities for the evening study have legal powers to reduce wages up to 25%.
▪ The academic year (2020-2021) is regarded as a not failure year for the restricted undergraduate students, except for those subject to disciplinary sanctions, fraud and forgery, and they will start study in the next academic year 2022-2023).
▪ Work with the powers of university and college councils as well as the recommendations of scientific departments and branches on reducing postgraduate wages within the private expenses channel up to 25%.
▪ Allot and occupy more than 5869 vacant graduate seats of the applicants for the general admission channel to the private expenses channel and allot seats among the martyrs’ relatives by merit and according to the applications made in the absence of competitors and according to the application and admission controls for the academic year (2022-2023).
