Dr. Ali Talib al-Bahadli, a faculty member from the Department of Comparative Religions at the College of Islamic Sciences, has participated in the scientific conference held under the slogan (Psychology of Childhood and Creativity) and sponsored by the Department of Kindergarten of the College of Basic Education at the University of Kufa.

Dr. Ali al-Bahadli addressed in his research paper the stages of life man goes through, namely childhood, maturity and ageing, stating that childhood is the first and most important of these stages since it is the main focus of building the human personality, adding that Islam has paid a great attention to this stage, because children are one of the greatest blessings of God give to people, as in the following verse: (Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one’s] hope). As long as children are a grace, pleasure and decoration, so God arranged for these children rights to be cared for and to protect them in order not to be abused.
