The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women has organized a seminar entitled “The impact of exercises using a device designed to develop some biometic capabilities” delivered by a doctoral student Lina Safaa Ali. The workshop aimed to develop and improve all basic capabilities such as strength, speed, endurance and flexibility to produce integration among each other, adding that all motor harmonic capabilities are associated with the art of motor performance of all characteristics of the individual athlete.

The seminar referred to the performance of a sample of fourth-stage students in the college found that they have difficulty in mastering the basic skills causing weakness in the performance of the motor composition leading to a decrease in the physical and motor abilities of the students, where these abilities form the basic element of the performance of skills because of their association with performance, as well as noting the lack of tools and devices to help develop biomotor abilities, which makes it impossible for the student to perform the skill well, so the researcher instructed to design a device and prepare exercises on the device to raise the level of physical abilities and mobility to perform the kinetic composition better.
