The International Journal of Multiphase Flow that is a monthly peer-reviewed scientific journal covering fluid mechanics has published recently a joint research paper entitled “Application of Artificial Neural Network to Predict Slug Liquid Holdup’ authored by a faculty member of the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Faleh Hassan Mohammed. It is noteworthy that this international journal listed to Elsevier publishing company with an Impact Factor (IF=3.186). The publication of this research is in line with the aspirations of the Petroleum Engineering Department for publishing sober research in international journals.
