The Central Scientific Promotions Department at the presidency of the University of Baghdad witnessed the promotion of a number of lecturers to the rank of professorship, according to the decision of the university’s council in its fourteenth session on April 18, 2022, which approved the memorandum of the committee No. 155 on April 17, 2022. The university’s council agreed to promote a number of lecturers after fulfilling the requirements of scientific promotion in terms of authenticity of research and the duration of their university service, based on regular dates listed by each professor, provided that this does not have any financial consequences before the issuance of the university orders.
