The college of engineering at the University of Baghdad has organized an exhibition of scientific products, in the participation of many undergraduate students and in the presence of the rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, the Governor of Baghdad, Prof. Mohammed Jaber Atta, as well as a number of academic figures and deans of colleges.
A number of patents invented by professors of engineering and research papers submitted by postgraduate students have been presented in this exhibition, in addition to a series of oil paintings and graphics. It is noteworthy that this event is part of the technical support that the college is keen to provide for its professional engineers who are qualified to assume national responsibility and work in engineering and administrative centers in various state departments and it is a step towards supporting scientific societies inside and outside Iraq through upgrading the technical expertise of their personnel.
