The assistant rector for the scientific affairs at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hameed Ashour, has opened up the annual scientific products exhibition sponsored by the college of administration and economics with the aim to present some electronic systems developed by the college to be used by exam committees, as well as salary & rewards online system, in addition to the presentation of authored books and theses written by postgraduate students in various disciplines (accounting, business administration, general administration, economics, finance & banks, statistics and industrial management).
On the sidelines of the visit, the assistant rector inspected the electronic archiving system developed by the college to archive documents, records and certificates of undergraduate and postgraduate studies, where the dean of the college, Dr. Suhail Najim Abdullah, explained the work undertaken by the committees charged with archiving files by the use of two newly made devices purchased for the purpose of speeding up the work of a team consisting of professors and employees. During his visit, the assistant rector praised the achievements made by staff to upgrade the level and quality of services provided for the students in alignment with the initiative and plans of the Prime Minister in the field of e-government, which in turn save time and effort in State Departments.
