Prof. Dr. Mufid al-Zaidi, a faculty member at the Center for Strategic and International Studies has participated in a scientific symposium sponsored by the Department of Historical Studies in the House of Wisdom (Beit al-Hikma) which belongs to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. The symposium entitled (The Sultanate of Oman over time from renaissance to vision).
Dr. Mufid al-Zaidi gave a comprehensive presentation and analysis of the factors of political and social stability, economic well-being and the modernization process pursued by Sultan Qaboos during his era (1970 – 2020), also he analyzed the Sultanate’s vision in the current time of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al-Said. It is noteworthy that this research will be published by the Journal of Political Studies issued by the House of Wisdom.
