The Center for Women’s Studies at the University of Baghdad has received a delegation from the ministry of labor and social affairs that was received by the center’s director, Dr. Ersaa Ismail and a number of faculty member.
The aim of the visit was to discuss the preparation of joint studies such as the study of the registration of women’s businesses and the development of methodology, a study on the private sector and women’s employment within the framework of the education platform and support the employment of women in the private sector in working in coordination with the World Bank. The two parties tried to exchange ideas, discussing the objectives of study plans and establishing the basics of work to reach at finding that serve and empower women economically in order to prepare a working agenda that would be held later.
