Lecture on writing a systematic framework of media research

The College of Media at the University of Baghdad has organized a scientific lecture on how to write a systematic framework of a media research by the doctoral students at the department of journalism and that was delivered by the head of department, Prof. Dr. Siham Hassan al-Shugairi. The aim of the lecture was to shed light on the methodological framework, the conditions for the use of sources of information and the importance of previous studies before starting to write a scientific research. The lecturer dealt with the types of readings, including surface reading, scan reading and analytical reading, as well as the way the abstract is written, the use of procedural definitions and terminology.
