The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad has organized a scientific lecture entitled “Diagnosing administrative negatives in accordance with the strategy of scientific research and ways to solve them” delivered by Prof. Dr. Ammar Abbas Attia. The aim of the lecture was to explain the concept of the strategy of scientific research, which is organized steps that must be taken to solve a particular problem, through relying on science, knowledge and personal experiences, indicating its most important steps, which is to identify the problem, ways and solve the problem, setting goals and obligations to solve any problem, conducting experiments to reach solutions.
He addressed the most important steps of scientific research in diagnosing the negatives and problems is to identify and analyze the situation, whether negative or problem, giving temporary solutions, using the correct approach in the way of solution and forming a strategy, how to explain the solution temporarily and in line, to provide the solution and results of this problem. The lecturer pointed to the most obvious problems of scientific research in developing and underdeveloped countries, the most important of which is the lack of cooperation with research bodies honestly, the mismatch of research results, the lack of specialized research centers, the lack of support of the state and institutions for scientific research, the lack of sufficient data for any problem, poor organization, lack of choice of real problems, lack of scientific honesty, inability to put forward conclusions and recommendations not to interact between society, states and the individual in containing problems.
