The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled “Administrative and organizational constraints and their relationship to performance efficiency for sports education teachers” by the doctoral student Huda Badr.
The aim of the workshop was to describe the concept of obstacles as the barrier or obstacle to achieving the required objectives, which are often important and unable to control them easily because they are the result of previous accumulations and are a protective layer in the face of any change and reform, as this reform was not comprehensive, scientific, well-orchestrated and accurate. It was noted that the efficiency of performance means that the supervisor performs his duties to the fullest, as the performance can be measured by many means of measurement, including the observation card, the questionnaire or the scale built according to scientific and other foundations. At the end of the discussion of the research framework, the scientific committee recommended that the student should take valuable scientific observations in order to modify the research plan and approve it within the specified period.
