The Department of Human Resources at the presidency of the University of Baghdad, in conjunction with the Department of Student Affairs and Registration, has organized a workshop on the procedures of objections of top students of graduate and postgraduate studies who have applied for jobs via the website of the Federal Public Service Council, in implementation of the mechanisms discussed with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The HR department has developed an integrated plan under the supervision of the rector of the University of Baghdad by allocating six stations that provide service for students, including an electronic form dedicated for research, reviewing, editing or submitting objections in a consistent way. It is noteworthy that the HR department’s staff did their utmost to facilitate the streamlining of sufficient information of each student and where more than 90% of applications have been verified until now.
