The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the College of Education for Women held the training course entitled “The mechanism of preparing and writing the self-report by the scientific departments for the academic year 2020-2021”, which was presented by the professor at the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences Dr. Ahmed Hashim Mohammed via the FCC platform.
The course aimed to train the administrative officer in the mechanism of preparing a precise procedural plan specific to a certain time and clear and choose a person who is responsible for implementation in order to improve the educational institution’s performance, by investing in the opportunities available to them, which contribute to turning the weaknesses diagnosed by them into strengths. Preparing and writing a self-report is one of the main tasks for the administrator who aspires to develop the educational and cultural institution in which he works by diagnosing weaknesses and supporting strengths.
