The College  of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled “Unconscious administrative bias and cultural diversity of school principals and their relationship in sports activity policies and procedures from the perspective of sports education teachers in Baghdad” delivered by the doctoral student Ashwaq Jassim Mohammed.

The aim of the workshop was to demonstrate the concept of unconscious bias, which is affected by the recipient unconsciously, because the human being devises a system of knowledge with all its priorities and thesis, through which the world is seen without being aware of it. The seminar showed cultural diversity, which distinguishes members of a group from others to consider the group of primary and secondary dimensions, which have a direct impact on the identities of individuals such as social diversity, race, mental and physical abilities, while secondary dimensions include educational background, geographical location, religion, language and organizational practical experiences. At last the researcher stressed that the policies and procedures of the work are a set of rules and foundations established by the administrative leadership to guide the thinking and performance of workers towards a certain level aimed at achieving the objectives of the organization and these policies are clear and known to all employees.
