The Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure & Applied Sciences (Ibn al-Haitham) has organized a visit for the postgraduate students to the Department of Educational Television in the Ministry of Education as part of the scientific aspect of studying the educational technology subject under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Salem Abdullah Salman.
The program of the visit included access to e-learning programs and enhanced education in this department as well as a tour to watch the sections of educational television for the purpose of seeing the mechanisms of preparing, presenting and directing educational programs and television lessons and broadcasting them over the air. This tour included a studio filming lessons for middle and middle classes, photography of lessons for the primary level, editing of cartoon animations, the electronic archiving department of educational lessons, e-learning and new educational platforms, visual and audio editing and scientific, linguistic and educational audit as well as the department of media and publishing. The Department of Educational Television has submitted proposals for joint action through cooperation with the College in the field of e-education and the dispatch of a delegation from educational television to a training workshop.
