The college of physical education for women at the University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled “Some causal relationships between motor and mental abilities of handball players in Kurdistan Region” delivered by the master’s student Zahra Fadhil Aboud. The aim of this event was to describe the concept of handball as one of the collective games that needs many practicing of motor and mental abilities, as it also requires a number of basic and planning skills that are considered as one of the important pillars on which this game is depending on for the purpose of achieving better performance, especially skills that require the transition from defense to attack quickly and accurately in performance and vice versa. She also asserted that the training curriculum of students should be more effective is analyzing the direct relationships that affect the accuracy of scoring goals in this game.
