The deanship of the college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad hosted lately a delegation of Fadak Al-Zahra Foundation for Orphans consisted of a number of teaching staff and children. A variety of entertainment events were prepared for them, including sports, educational & service activities at the college’s playgrounds and gardens, as well as a swimming course. Prior to the conclusion of their visit, a lunch meal was provided to children and gifts were dedicated by Prof. Dr. Muhannad Abdul Sattar and Assist. Prof. Dr. Wasan Hanoun, where the kids expressed their joy for this experience. It is noteworthy that the college of physical education usually organizes such charitable initiatives for the orphaned and disabled children, as well as for cancer patients in general.
