The Graduate Division of college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled “Composite Tests and the difficulty when measuring test results”, in cooperation with the Theoretical Sciences Branch and the Individual Games Branch. The lectures were delivered by Prof. Dr. Ghada Moayad Shihab and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jawad KAzim eho discussed this concept and the importance and types of theses tests and the conditions for building them in an accurate way and why do we resort to the form the composite tests, as well as what are the difficulties faced by the researchers when measuring the results of each test.

They clarified that the test is a codified exercise designed to measure something specific in an organized way to compare the behavior of two or more people in a specific field and there are some scientists who define a test as being a tool to collect information since tests and measurements are the true mirror to highlight the fabricated human elements. They also added that the physical education tests can be divided into the following types: (readiness test, personal test, predictive test, classification test, individual or group test, subjective and objective testing, achievement testing, performance testing, empowerment testing, verbal testing, survey testing, etc.).
