Abstract
In order to determine the stress level on trainer muscle it is important to measure the muscle signal and analyze it by the amplitude and the frequency of the output signal to determine this stress and then determine the effective benefit of the train and the device effectiveness. Accordingly, this device is designed which depend on measuring this signal using biosensors and processing this signal using digital Microcontrollers and sending the result to a computer to display, analyze and determining its frequency and amplitude.
